Couldn’t be happier with my Veternary service here. My dog loves coming here and so do I. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

My pup had an issue that I was really concerned about. He was a new patient and they got me in right away and took great care of him. He’s doing much better! They are the nicest staff of any vet I have seen!!

Our expectations were exceeded.
Everyone was helpful and welcoming, the visit was very thorough and we felt listened to and quickly gained our trust. We have already shared our experience with friends and family and referred a them as well. The practice is clearly organized and well run, that level of team coordination and care come from good leadership and devoted staff!

Very happy with my cat’s visit; they were able to fit me last minute and the vet + tech immediately identified the issue, informed the hospital I was heading their way, and Theodore able to be taken care of. Thank you so much again.

I'm new to Connecticut and I brought my 20-year-old very temperamental small dog to the vet. The only veterinarian I could find in the area that helps with vaccinations for international travel. I had to postpone my first appointment and they were very kind and considerate about my dilemma. Upon arriving early I was greeted by the receptionist immediately I walked into a very clean very kind and very considerate veterinarian hospital.
The vet and her technicians were wonderful absolutely wonderful with my dog.
I recommend that you go to them for any reason with your pet.
They are also very considerate of your financial situation and will let you know what the costs are before you even arrive allowing you to make good fiscal decisions.

Excellent staff and best Veterinarian in Bristol!

This vet office was recommended to us by a neighbor who also used this office. We have a 5 year old pitbull who has severe allergies and therefore needs a Cytopoint injection every 4-6 weeks to maintain her symptoms, so we knew we’d be getting comfortable with wherever we decided to start bringing her next.
Chippens Hill has serviced our dog numerous times within the last year, and our dog is excited to go to the “doggie doctor” every time we mention it. The appointments are always quick and easy, and we really appreciate that.
