Everyone was very knowledgable and professional in their analysis of our guinea pig. They delicately gave us options and followed through with a phone call the next day. We felt very comfortable and cared-for.

I was met with nothing but kindness, compassion, and understanding from the entire team, but most notably Dr. Elliot. There was never a hint of judgement for my dog’s lapse in care prior to Chippens Hill and Dr. Elliot took the time to listen to every single worry and anxiety regarding my dogs condition like that was the only thing she had to do that day; she also offered to have regular contact to stay on top of my dogs symptoms and ease my anxiety’s. 10/10 by far, I wish we had started with them a long time ago.

As always , we were seen and given the very best of care, followed up to make sure everything was progressing well. Tests were immediate and treatment begun. Cannot say enough superlatives. This has been my vet of choice for 15 years. and will continue to be.

Always accommodating and professional. The staff always take the necessary time and meet the needs of my dog. I highly recommend even if it does take some extra time to drive to the office. It is worth it all the way around!

Sadly the review only goes up to 10 ... because my ruling is a 100. From my first conversation with Kim, to the time Dr. Sweet devoted to Leonardo, these two women are the main reason we come back year after year with Leonardo. Everything about Dr. Sweet and Kim are empathetic and compassionate. They handle our dogs as well as us as if we are the most important beings on earth. Great experience!! Friendly and caring staff. They took great care of our Louie during his teeth extraction surgery. Dr. Sweet will always be the vet we choose to care for our Louie. Reasonably pricing well. Can't ask for a better vet!!! Thank you all so much!
