Always accommodating and professional. The staff always take the necessary time and meet the needs of my dog. I highly recommend even if it does take some extra time to drive to the office. It is worth it all the way around!

From my first conversation with Kim, to the time Dr. Sweet devoted to Leonardo, these two women are the main reason we come back year after year with Leonardo. Everything about Dr. Sweet and Kim are empathetic and compassionate. They handle our dogs as well as us as if we are the most important beings on earth. Great experience!! Friendly and caring staff. They took great care of our Louie during his teeth extraction surgery. Dr. Sweet will always be the vet we choose to care for our Louie. Reasonably pricing well. Can't ask for a better vet!!! Thank you all so much!

Dr Sweets and all staff were absolutely amazing every visit. They demonstrated kindness & a genuine caring demeanor. When our chinchilla was struggling with his health, we received multiple phone calls checking in on him and the much needed guidance to support our little Waldo. We have had two bunnies under the care of the vets at Chippen's Hill Veterinary Hospital for years. We could not be happier or more satisfied with the professional, caring staff. The support we have had through the heart breaking loss of our first family pet bunny and now with the bunny we love so much and who controls our lives has been incredible. Dr. Sweet and Dr. Clark are kind, supportive and outstanding. Would recommend pet care at Chippen's Hill Vets any time.

My pup had an issue that I was really concerned about. He was a new patient and they got me in right away and took great care of him. He’s doing much better! They are the nicest staff of any vet I have seen!!

Our expectations were exceeded. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, the visit was very thorough and we felt listened to and quickly gained our trust. We have already shared our experience with friends and family and referred a them as well. The practice is clearly organized and well run, that level of team coordination and care come from good leadership and devoted staff!
